Each jewelry piece is as unique as the stones and embellishments that adorn it. The pictures on the website represent a particular item of jewelry that greatly resembles the pieces you will be receiving, but may vary in color, size or shape depending upon the stones and materials. However, Earth Angel Design will do its best to ensure that the piece you are receiving is as close to the picture on the website as possible.

Shipping /Handling Details:
Each order will be sent via first class USPS within the United States and abroad and will contain a tracking number and delivery confirmation, as well.   Shipping fees are calculated based upon the weight of the piece being shipped and will be displayed for you to see towards the end of your ordering process.   Handling fees for the US are set at a rate of $5.00 for the first item ordered and $3.00 for each additional item.  For customers outside of the US fees will be based upon current shipping fees with regards to its’ destination.  Earth Angel Design cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to customs etc…

30 Day Return Policy
Customers may return or exchange any jewelry or product  created or sold by Earth Angel Design, undamaged and with receipt, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange equal to the amount paid for the jewelry, minus shipping fees. In order for a refund, credit or exchange to be granted, all products returned must be in unworn and original condition; marks, scratches, blemishes and other signs of wear deem the product non-refundable. Likewise, the item must be returned with any packaging provided with the original shipment, including jewelry pouch or box, polishing cloth (when applicable) and any other item that came with the original shipment.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, when returning an item for a monetary or credit refund or other exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, Earth Angel Design will charge shipping fees and price differences, when exchanging for a different product, to the credit card used in the original order.

Shipping Issues
No refunds will be granted for custom jewelry; even if the item is shipped back to Earth Angel Design marked “return to sender.” If a customer refuses to accept, sign for or pick up a package through the shipping carrier, any additional shipping costs incurred by Earth Angel Design will be passed on to that customer.

All sales are final for gift certificate, custom design and no refunds can be granted.
