When will Earth Angel Design debit my credit card?
We will only debit your credit card on the day the goods are shipped and not before.

What makes Earth Angel Design Products different?
Hand crafted and meaningful are two great words to describe our products. There’s just something special about receiving or wearing a hand crafted piece. There is pride in the design and a feeling of accomplishment when each piece is completed. But the word that stands out most in describing our products is meaningful. Each piece has a personal implication for the person who owns it. Whether it’s the angel of the day you were born on you choose, an angel whose purpose aligns with your needs, or just the reminder that your guardian angel is close gives significance to each item.

How do I know which Angel to choose?
Earth Angel Design has provided one way to get started in choosing which angel/product is right for you. Simply put in your birth date on the home page and find out which Archangel oversees the day of the week you were born on. If this feels right, go with it. However, if a particular piece calls to you then that should be your guide. It’s all about using your senses and intuition to make the decision. Whether it is a picture of an item that catches your attention, a feeling you got when you read about one of the Angels, or a sense of being guided to a particular angel, what’s most important is that it feels right for you. Think of it this way, let the Angel choose you.

How long will it take to receive an order?
The general production time for an item ordered at Earth Angel Design.com is 2-4 weeks. However, holidays, or heavy ordering may change the anticipated production time. Earth Angel Design will post its’ current anticipated production time on the home page of the website and will do its’ best to meet the delivery in a timely way. If Earth Angel Design cannot meet the timeline indicated on the website, you will be notified and given a new date for the order to be completed or the option to cancel the order.
